Dyers Road ITM King of the Surf 2016

Gidday everyone, well round 1 of the SISS is complete.  It went well and we are looking forward to the next round being the Dyers Road ITM surf round. Below is the information required for racers at the event on the 26th of November.

Times:
-All volunteers and riders are required to be onsite by 8:00am
-Free Ride will have a 15min time slot at 9:00am and more sessions throughout the day
-First race is to start at 10:00am

We are looking to run just four classes to be able to have lots of racing throughout the day, this means some classes may be combined under one of the following class headings.

Classes:
-Pole Ski A
-Pole Ski B (numbers dependent)
-Blaster
-Runabout

Access/Launching:
-Beach trolleys will be needed to launch watercraft
-Parking will be available at the New Brighton Surf Club main car park
-If you need to get your trailer on the beach you will need a 4x4 vehicle that can handle the sand

Costs:
-Standard entry fee applies for Racers
-$20 for Free Ride only entries
-If you are racing and have paid the standard fee this covers you to also enter the Free Ride

Paperwork:
-If you weren't at Round 1 you will need to print out the SISS 2016/17 Entry Form and NZJSBA Licence form fill it out and bring it with you.
-If you did attend Round 1 the forms you have already filled out will be at the event for you to sign the Round 2 line.

Safety:
-You all know what you need
-Just remember sunscreen as if the weather comes to the party like we want it to you will need a lot of it. We look forward to seeing you all out there for a great event.
