Round 3 South Island Winter Series (+ Poker Run)

Important Winter Series Rd3 Update

Gidday everyone, well Round 3 at Lake Brunner is just around the corner and looks to be a fantastic event.  Best part of all is this round will be combined with the social Poker Run and evening at the local Pub with entertainment on Saturday night.  Check out our facebook page through the link below.

The local Moana Pub has given us some great deals for everyone who is planning on attending this event.
The accomodation deals are as follows:

-Luxury Studio Suites $105 per night (normally $125)
-Apartments (sleep 4) $200 per night (normally $250)
-Room in Hotel $75 per room
-Bunkrooms $20 per night (bring your own bedding or $10 for bedding)

We also ask that everyone who intends on doing the Poker run Pre-registers their interest with the entry form (link) emailed to cjsc@xtra.co.nz so we can ensure we have enough cards placed at collection points.  This really is essential for the poker run to work so please make sure you do.

Times are as follows:
-Scruitineering/Riders Brief 9am onwards
-Pole Skis 10:30am (please get your warm up done and on the lake by then)
-Runabouts 11:15am (Get the skis warmed up and ready to race and when everyone is ready we will start) (May run earlier if the possible)
-There will be a maximum of 15 minutes between the two runabout races so the quicker we can get back on the water and the second race started the better. We don't want everyone to get cold.
